ARE OUR INGREDIENTS ORGANICALLY GROWN?

At the Wholefood Farmacy we handcraft our foods using all natural, GMO
free whole food ingredients without the use of any artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, artificial sweeteners, nor do we add any type of chemical preservatives to our foods.

We are currently working with a USDA approved certifying agency, and we
are in the process of obtaining USDA Organic certification for our
foods. Our goal is to have the organic certification completed during
the summer season of 2007. Once our certification is completed we will
feature the official USDA Organic logo on our website and on our product
packaging.

We are moving into the final stages of our certification at this time
and we will be updating this area with additional information as we
continue to move forward.


HOW ARE OUR PRODUCTS DRIED?
Our products are dried in a process of lyophyllization, in sublimated water vapor. This process involves drying in a low temperature AND low pressure environment. With this process, enzymes, nutrition, shape and flavor are retained.

WHAT IS RAW & WHAT IS COOKED?
Everything is raw except the roasted corn products or products which contain the roasted corns.

IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN WE SELL THE PRODUCTS AND THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNIY?
Wholefood Farmacy is currently set up and licensed to sell products and to recruit distributors in the UNITED STATES at this time. That means the 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. There are a myriad of shipping issues, customs regulations, and other “hoops” to jump through before we can begin shipping outside of the U.S. So for now it’s the United States and we’ll keep you posted when other areas open up.

HOW DOES THE COMPENSATION PLAN WORK?
Our compensation plan is based on a very low monthly qualifier which qualifies you to receive a full 7% on the first 7 levels of your organization. It employs Full Dynamic Compression and Infinity Bonuses of up to 3%. For more information on the Wholefood Farmacy compensation plan click here

HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I LOSE ON THE PRODUCTS?
Using our weight loss program, the DECATHLON, and provided you follow the instructions and “stick to it” faithfully – many have reported losing up to a pound per day, on average, beginning AFTER the first three days.

ANY IDEAS ON GETTING KIDS TO IMPLEMENT OUR PRODUCTS INTO THEIR DIETS?
YES - put some on the table. Snack some in front of them. Don’t offer it. Let them come and feed on their own. They’ll love the discovery they have made and fall in love with it.

WHY DON'T THE RADIO BUTTON DATES APPEAR FOR ME TO CHOOSE MY AUTOSHIP DATE? (3rd, 10th, 23rd of each month)

WHY AREN'T THERE PHONE NUMBERS AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PAGE?
The Whole Food Farmacy is set up as a 100% internet based and paperless business - like an "online vending machine". This structure is what allows us to offer the highest quality products, a generous compensation plan, low monthly qualifier of only $40, very reasonable shipping fees, free websites, and free monthly hosting for the websites.

We accept all incoming requests via email and make outbound calls as
necessary - we're here from 9am until midnight 7 days a week and can reply with the requested info or resolution very quickly. Taking orders by phone and offering call-in numbers for customer service creates an ever-expanding paper driven system and would necessitate reduced payouts under the comp plan, increased shipping fees, and additional website fees to cover the increased costs.

If someone is not able to communicate their needs in writing, they need only email us with their phone number and best times to call. When requests come in via email we are able to complete any research and to gather all pertinent facts before calling or replying to the customer - this saves time and money for all concerned.
