Description

Lignans are a group of plant nutrients found in seeds, grains and vegetables. The lignans in flaxseed, called secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG), are nature’s richest source of plant lignans. SDG lignans, found primarily in the thin hull of the flaxseed, are extracted from flax hulls.

Flax Hull Lignans have shown to super charge the immune system and allow the body's natural defense system to accelerate.

Heart Disease and Diet: The development of heart disease depends on many factors. A diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in frutis, vegetables and grain products containing fiber, may lower blood cholesterol levels and reduce your risk of heart disease.

Cancer and Diet: The development of cancer depends on many factors. A diet low in fat and rich in fruits, vegetables and grain products containing fiber, may reduce your risk of some cancers.

Suggested Use:
Once a day, add 1 to 2 scoops into your favorite beverage or sprinkle on your food (1 scoop = 1/2 tablespoon). Drink 4-6 ounces of water afterwards and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Tastes great as a topping for salads or breakfast cereals, in fruit/vegetable smoothies or added to your favorite recipe.
