	To be an authorized affiliate of TheraPure.com Health Essentials (dba Genetrix Systems Affiliated, heretofore known as GSA), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using TheraPure.com Health Essentials service as an affiliate. By signing up for TheraPure.com Health Essentials affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Once Customer activates an account, Customer agrees to accept the Agreement in its entirety; therefore, we encourage you to review this document and familiarize yourself with its provisions. As part of the registration process, Customer will select a username and password, and provide GSA with accurate and complete registration information. Customer shall also update said information through their personal control panel to ensure that it is both current and accurate. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this agreement, which may result in termination of Customer’s account. The Customer may not select or employ a user ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or use name that is subject to the Rights of any other Customer without express authorization. Text and/or graphics are the exclusive property of GSA/TheraPure. Such information may include, without limitation, all documents and materials, whether printed, graphic, or in machine-readable form, source or object code, or other tangible form. Customer and may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from GSA. All website sales are final. It is Customer’s responsibility to keep GSA informed of changes to Customer’s designated credit card, where applicable (e.g., billing address, card/account number, and expiration date). Customer agrees to remit payment for Services rendered if any such charges are refused by Customer’s credit card issuer. GSA reserves the right, at any time, to (i) change the terms of this Agreement or any rules or policies posted on the Service, (ii) change the Service, including eliminating or discontinuing any content or feature of the Service, or (iii) change any fees or charges for use of the Service, including instituting new fees or charges for the use of the Service or any feature thereof. All changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Any use of the Service under a Customer’s Account after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by the Customer of the changes. GSA agrees to FULL privacy of your database and all your contacts. Under no circumstances will your contacts be used, mailed to by us or provided to any other third party for any use whatsoever. Things not allowed: * No links to hate, warez, or adult sites; * Any material that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful; * Any material that violates the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patents or other property rights of others; * Any pornographic, sexually explicit or gambling material or links to similar adult content; * Any material that discloses personal private matters about any person without consent; * Any material posted anonymously or under a false name. * Any material which disparages GSA. Customer shall not: * Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or of GSA. * Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, sexually explicit, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information. * Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. * Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. * Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose unless proper, legal and related to the particular Forum. * Post on their personal webpage any reference at all of the effects of thyme oil against the anthrax bacteria, either implied or explicit, per ruling of the Food and Drug Administration, November 2001. * Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. Decisions are final on any issues not addressed by the Terms of Service. GSA may modify the Terms of Service without prior notice. With the purchase of this site, you get: Your own TheraPure website and storefront with secure online ordering for your customers and visitors, for selling TheraPure Health Essentials™ and signing up affiliates; Orders are tracked using your Affiliate number; A complete self-replicated system, giving you the opportunity to add and change the text and graphics that appear on your entry page, plus include your own META tags, (keywords and description) and page Title, through your own password-protected user control panel; Statistics available, i.e. page counter, where visitors came from, what keywords they used to get to your site, etc.; You will receive a $10 just for opening an account. You will be paid a $25 commission each time an affiliate signs up, PLUS commissions on selected products herein. Customer agrees: I realize if I receive cumulative commissions over $599 in a calendar year, I will be provided with a 1099 form detailing the total amount of referral commissions I have been paid in that year and will provide the necessary information for these purposes. I realize I am solely responsible for paying all taxes I may be liable for. By purchasing I agree I have read and understood the terms and conditions contained herein. GSA does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, due to the nature of servers and computers in general; nor does GSA warrant the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, products or services provided through the website or the results to be obtained from use of the service. Any reproduction or redistribution of this TheraPure website is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the website to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. The website is warranted only according to the terms of this license and this agreement.
